Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organised Admin Support Assistant to join the Joint Equipment Service team. This is a key administrative role supporting the efficient delivery of equipment services that enable people to live independently at home.

You will provide high-quality administrative support to the service, working collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and service users to ensure smooth and effective day-to-day operations.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, record management, and document preparation.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support ordering, tracking, and processing of equipment requests.
  • Maintain accurate databases and filing systems.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and logistics tasks.
  • Liaise with internal teams, health partners, and external suppliers.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.
