Job Description
Supporting our colleagues within Environment and Infrastructure Services, the role of Admin Support Assistant will undertake a range of financial and administrative activities.
Day to day activities will include the processing of payroll and staffing related activities, purchase ordering and invoice related activities through digital business system.
The role
As an Admin Support Assistant you are the foundation of our team and will focus on
- Completing administrative activities accurately and efficiently
- Manage Records and Data
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Developing your knowledge across the Business Support Hub
About you
You will have:
- Administrative experience and the ability to work under pressure to meet demands
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexible and "Can Do" Attitude with a willingness to learn
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages
- Take responsibility for the quality and timeliness of their work
Working arrangements
This is a hybrid post with a requirement for office presence at least two days per weeks. Office Working days are subject to the identified office bases but generally cover Tuesday - Thursdays.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
Fixed term for a period not exceeding 30/09/2027
