Job Description

Internal vacancy – applications for this post will only be accepted from current employees of Aberdeenshire Council (this includes relief staff and agency staff who are currently undertaking work with us).

An opportunity has arisen for an Admin Support Assistant within Education & Children Service, under Resource and Performance. The successful applicant will work in a busy small team arranging the booking of internal and external lets, processing invoices, extracting information from online forms and MS Lists from our new dashboard, along with managing and actioning the team inbox. The role requires you to communicate with a number of internal and external stakeholders, embrace new technologies and have the ability to work in a busy team environment.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

This post has a minimum requirement of one reference, which must be your current or most recent employer.

This post will work 3.63 hours Monday to Friday working afternoons. The post will mostly involve working from home.
