Asset Disposal Officer *Internal Vacancy*

Job Description

Internal vacancy – applications for this post will only be accepted from current employees of Aberdeenshire Council (this includes relief staff and agency staff who are currently undertaking work with us).

We are looking for Asset Disposal Officer to work within the Asset Disposal team who will progress surplus land and property assets through the Asset Disposal process to sale completion.

The Postholder will manage their own disposal case load and will also be
responsible for updating the Asset Disposal Process and tracking the progress of all
surplus land and property assets.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
