Job Description

This office-based role is located at 10 Manner Street, Macduff, within the Damp Condensation & Mould (DCM) Team, a subgroup of the Quality Assurance Team under Housing Asset Management.

The post requires a commitment to delivering high-quality services and supporting continuous improvement across the team and wider organisation. As part of a newly established and evolving team, responsibilities may change over time. All team members are required in-office on Wednesdays, with a minimum of two members present on other working days. Hybrid Working: Available on select days after completing a minimum of two months of in-office training.

Main Duties of the post are

  • Support the Service with the coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of defined workstreams within the Service
  • Maintain and update databases (e.g., Northgate, Excel); generate system reports as required
  • Provide administrative support across all housing-related processes
  • Assist in the development and oversight of DCM procedures and data systems
  • Updating & maintaining the “DCM tacker App” & give feedback on issues or ways it could be improved
  • Attend property inspections alongside the DCM Quality Assurance Inspector (QAI); take notes and engage with tenants
  • Calling tenants after COW/QAI or tradesman have been to find out if all DCM issues have been resolved]

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
