Job Description

Internal vacancy - applications for this post will only be accepted from current employees of Aberdeenshire Council (this includes relief staff and agency staff who are currently undertaking work with us).

Assist with the provision of an effective and efficient Housing Service, within a defined function, work-stream or geographical area, ensuring that council housing remains in good condition safeguarding the value of the assets and tenanted to optimum standards and financially rewarding to Aberdeenshire Council.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

This is a two day per week post. Hybrid working pattern to be discussed at interview. Training will be office based for a minimum of 2 months.
