Care Assistant - Days

Job Description

We are looking for a Care Assistants, working 30 hours per week, to support the provision of care by attending to the needs and rights of older individuals within a caring environment.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

6 week rolling rota. Includes a mix of early and late shifts and some weekend work.

Early shift is 7.30 - 3.30pm and late shift is 2 - 10pm

This post will require you to have obtained SSSC registration within 6 months of employment.

This post requires a Disclosure Scotland Check and where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check. You will be required to provide this check. A confirmed offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.

This post has a minimum requirement of two references, one of which must be your current or most recent employer.
