As DPIA Co-ordinator, you will lead and coordinate Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), provide advice and guidance on privacy notices and data sharing agreements, and work closely with colleagues across the Council and external partners to ensure compliance with data protection obligations. You will also maintain oversight of approved digital systems and applications used within the service.
The role includes day-to-day line management responsibility for a small Information Governance team that supports the coordination and response to statutory information requests, including FOI, EIR, Subject Access Requests and records management activities.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
