Exciting Secondment Opportunity – Join the Learning and Organisational Development Team!
We are offering a fantastic chance to be seconded into our dynamic Learning and Organisational Development Team, supporting the Digital Skills Workforce Programme. This role focuses on enhancing digital skills among our workforce with an immediate focus on our frontline workforce, expanding our digital champion network, and delivering engaging workshops and in-person training sessions.
If you have some experience in delivering workshops and training, coupled with a strong grasp of Microsoft 365 and our learning pathways, we want to hear from you! You'll be working alongside a forward-thinking team, playing a pivotal role in the transformation of Aberdeenshire Council by providing essential learning opportunities.
This is a secondment opportunity with a possibility of permanent funding, perfect for those passionate about driving digital literacy and supporting colleagues in embracing new technologies.
Fixed Term for a period not exceeding 30/11/2025.
