Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong inter-personal and coordination skills to make a real difference to the experience of individuals and communities in Aberdeenshire affected by problem alcohol or drug use.

The post holder will be a member of the Aberdeenshire Alcohol and Drug Partnership (ADP) support team with a remit to support partners to deliver on key outcomes for people requiring support and wider associated community members.

The successful candidate will Work closely with community forums and recovery groups, ensure the voices of the community are heard and their living experiences inform and influence services. Recruit and work with a community of volunteers to obtain peer-to-peer feedback of services and other emerging issues in the community. Nurture closer relationships between community groups and other ADP partners to improve mutual understanding and communication.
