Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and confident Team Leader to join our People service within the Legal and People Services. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for leading a professional HR team and providing high-quality, practical and strategic HR advice and support to managers across Aberdeenshire Council.
You will play a critical role in supporting managers through early engagement and intervention on complex employee matters, ensuring issues are managed effectively in both the short and long term. A strong commitment to quality service delivery, continuous improvement and customer focus is essential.

The People service is currently under review and the scope and remit of this post may change, and the postholder may be asked to rotate into other HR Team Leader Roles in future.
The annual salary details are based on the new hourly rates that come into effect on 01/04/2026.
