We are seeking a compassionate, skilled and relationship-focused Nurture Teacher to join our team and support children across both our mainstream classes and our enhanced provision. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting emotional well being, resilience and positive engagement with learning, using nurture principles to create safe, supportive and inclusive environments.
Job Role
- Develop and implement engaging learning programs tailored to pupils with additional support needs, ensuring meaningful learning experiences.
- Deliver inclusive and high-quality education, providing strategies that motivate and inspire pupils.
- Foster and build meaningful relationships with pupils, helping to develop their confidence, resilience, and engagement in learning.
