Job Description
The Application Development Team is looking for an enthusiastic .NET developer with experience developing APIs and Applications in C#. Knowledge of Controller-based APIs, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and common development patterns and practices is essential, as is experience with a git-based source control system (preferably Azure DevOps). Knowledge of .NET MAUI and Microsoft Graph, along with a working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and its applicability to the public sector is also highly desirable, as is familiarity with FluentValidation, Polly, Flurl, Humanizer, and related packages.
You will play a key role in the design, development and support of council-wide IT in-house applications, through a high standard of technical skills, knowledge and ability.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
