Job Description
A Mason is required to join the Construction team, part of Aberdeenshire Councils Roads and Infrastructure Service, carrying out bridge maintenance and replacement throughout Aberdeenshire.
The successful applicant will have previous experience of civil engineering and building works and will work under a Forman Mason together with other masons and operatives, assisting in a wide variety of works, from carrying out works on Aberdeenshire's historic bridges to total bridge replacement using pre-cast and reinforced concrete.
The working pattern is Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to16:00 & Friday 08:00 to15:30.

Requirements
This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
