Join Our Team as a Project Manager Transformation - Shape of Our Council
Are you a passionate leader ready to shape the future of the Council? We are seeking a dynamic Programme Manager for up to a year with a strong focus on organisational development. You'll manage the extensive delivery programme that will drive the Shape of our Council forward, you will manage the programme and matrix manage the deliverables across a variety of remits, including pay, terms and conditions, governance and agile workforce. You will have hands on responsibility for delivering some elements of the programme. Reporting to the Head of Legal and People you will have a successful track record of delivering complex organisation wide projects and good stakeholder engagement skills. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
This post is fixed term for a period not exceeding 31/12/2025.
