Job Description

Aberdeenshire Health & Social Care Partnership (AHSCP) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Officer to lead projects and deliver efficiency and improvement work across the partnership. This is a key role within the Strategy Team which supports health and social care services across Aberdeenshire including, Older People and Physical Disabilities, Adult, and Community Health Services.

The successful candidate will drive operational improvement and support strategic development, enabling AHSCP to continue to provide safe, efficient, sustainable and high-quality services to its diverse user base.

As Project Officer, you will take the lead in delivering priority projects aligned to AHSCP's Savings Programme. You will ensure that robust project management processes are used.

You will work across Aberdeenshire Council, NHS Grampian and a potentially other external partners to balance clinical needs with financial accountability, ensuring services remain sustainable.

A strong commitment to continuous improvement, quality assurance, and collaborative working is essential.

Fixed term for a period not exceeding 31/08/2027
