Relief Assistant Waste Management Supervisor - Collections & Cleansing *Internal Vacancy*

Job Description

Internal vacancy – applications for this post will only be accepted from current employees of Aberdeenshire Council (this includes relief staff and agency staff who are currently undertaking work with us).

The purpose of the waste service is to provide an efficient and effective service with a first class reputation, keeping Aberdeenshire clean and safe, delighting our customers, recycling more and landfilling less every year.

Work as part of a team to ensure that all Refuse and Recycling Collections and Street Cleansing Services are carried out in an efficient and effective manner. Assist in the day-to-day operation of all services which includes all personnel, vehicles, plant, and equipment.

This post will require to cover Annual leave and sickness 

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
