Job Description

We are currently seeking reliable and flexible individuals to join our relief team, providing sickness cover across 11 schools within the Peterhead cluster.

About the Role

This is a zero-hours contract, offering flexible working opportunities to cover staff absences as required. You may be asked to work at any of our schools within the cluster.Available Working HoursCleaning shifts:Morning: from 6:00amAfternoon: from 3:00pmDaytime role (where suitable):Toilet Attendant within the academyShifts starting from 8:15am or 11:45am

A flexible and dependable approach to workAbility to travel to different schools within the Peterhead areaGood attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential.

Requirements

This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. A confirmed offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.

This post has a minimum requirement of one reference which must be your current or most recent employer.
