Job Description

Aberdeenshire Council is looking for an experienced Senior Programme Leader to drive the successful delivery of complex digital programmes that improve services for our customers, communities and workforce.
 
About the Role:

You will lead high-profile digital programmes and projects from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation, working closely with senior stakeholders, sponsors and multidisciplinary teams. The role involves programme governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement and supporting the adoption of new ways of working through effective change management.

About You

You will have:
•    Significant experience delivering complex digital, business change or transformation programmes. 
•    A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to agreed outcomes. 
•    Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
