Job Description

This vacancy is for a street sweeper drivers position working within the street cleansing department , duties will also include Litter patrol and litter picking, delivering bins and also refuse loading of collection vehicles when required which will include working in all weather conditions walking upto 15 miles per day collecting food caddies and wheeled bins.

Must be physically fit and work in all weathers as the job may involve walking up to 15 miles per day.

Working on Public holidays may be required and driving a manual gearbox vehicle.

37 hours per week Monday to Thursday 7.00 am to 15.00 pm and Friday 7.00 am - 14.30pm

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
