This role involves working as part of a structured rota to ensure consistent support across the service. The rota includes a mix of 25-hour shifts and flexi shifts, and all team members take part in the full range of shift patterns. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with shift work and enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team.
Provision of quality physical and emotional care to children and young people in residential homes, utilising evidence and research based assessment and intervention tools.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation

This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
