Job Description
Shape futures. Build relationships. Make a difference.
We are looking for a Social Worker to join our Throughcare & Aftercare (TCAC) team, supporting care experienced young people as they move into adulthood.
This is a role at the heart of corporate parenting. You will work alongside young people aged 16–26, offering consistent, practical and relational support as they navigate the move from care to independence.
This is a genuinely rewarding role. You’ll work with young people who are ready to engage, and those who aren’t sure yet — helping them to see what’s possible and supporting them to get there.
If you want a role that challenges you, allows you to think creatively and gives you the chance to make a real difference, we would love to hear from you.
This post is advertised as full-time, permanent. However, there is flexibility to discuss part-time working, including as a split post where it could be shared between part time workers. The base location is also flexible, as TCAC is a shire-wide, dispersed team.
Please see the attached document for more information about the role.
Location: Negotiable
Expected Interview Date is 6/07/2026
