Job Description
Joint equipment service are looking for a highly organised and proactive Stock Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, managing inventory processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and equipment across our operation. Your work will directly support our service delivery by ensuring that the right items are available at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, track, and maintain accurate stock levels using inventory management systems
Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliations
Process incoming deliveries, ensuring all items are checked, recorded, and stored correctly
Prepare and issue stock as required by internal departments
Identify discrepancies and investigate stock issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised storeroom/warehouse environment
Liaise with suppliers, procurement teams, and internal staff
Contribute to continuous improvement of stock management processes
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
