Job Description

We are seeking a Project Worker to lead the Aspire Project, a fixed term initiative funded through the Service Covenant Fund, focused on improving outcomes for service pupils across Aberdeenshire schools.
Working collaboratively with schools, service families and young people, you will help design, coordinate and pilot practical approaches to support learning, wellbeing, engagement and transitions.
This role will involve listening to the voices of service pupils, supporting targeted interventions (including literacy, numeracy and wellbeing), strengthening connections between service pupils across our large rural authority, and capturing good practice to inform a sustainable, authority wide approach.
This is an exciting opportunity to pioneer collaborative, stakeholder led practice that will shape future support for service pupils and their families across Aberdeenshire.
