Job Description

Are you a Chartered Surveyor looking for an opportunity to lead a professional estates team and make a real impact on the management of Aberdeenshire Council's property assets?

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager (Estates) to lead the delivery of professional estates services. You will manage a team of surveyors, oversee the management of the Council's leased portfolio, provide strategic property advice and support to operational services, and help shape the future of the Council's land and building assets. 

What You'll Bring

• Full Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). 

• Significant experience in estates management, general practice or land agency surveying. 

• Proven people management and leadership experience. 

• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. 

• Experience of managing budgets, projects and complex property matters.
