Job Description
The Support Analyst is part of a small team that manages and maintains a number of business systems for the Waste Services to assist in planning our waste collection and street cleansing services.
This includes managing the in-cab system which provides real time information for back-office staff and the contact centre. Producing regular reports on issues such as contamination, missed bins, unauthorised second bins etc to better manage the Service. Utilising route optimisation software to improve planning and efficiency of the collection routes. Monitoring and reporting on the vehicle telematics to provide reports on vehicle utilisation and highlight issues.
This position is for 3 days per week which can be flexible
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
Fixed term for a period not exceeding 3 May 2027
