You will lead ANGUSalive’s Business Management & Development function and commercial activities to ensure we achieve our financial objectives to increase income surpluses to help deliver the charitable purposes of the organisation.
You will identify opportunities for continual improvement of services and implement the changes necessary to enable continuous service delivery, achieve good levels of productivity across the team, and develop the service to reach different audiences in line with our strategic aims as well as local, regional and national priorities.
You will also work collaboratively with colleagues across all ANGUSalive service areas and business units to provide the best customer experience for local communities and visitors to Angus to deliver innovative services and further our charitable objectives.
