Job Description

Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

This job is workstyle 4 - Hybrid

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from a variety of locations, working from council buildings, working in service user’s locations and site visits and you can work from home to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

An opportunity has arisen for two Active Schools Assistants to join the Active Schools team in Angus. Both posts will deliver targeted physical activity interventions to children in schools, increasing physical activity levels and achieving other outcomes to help enhance their learning experience. Experience of working with children and young people with additional support needs would be an advantage.

Internal and external applications on a secondment basis will be considered. You must have the approval of your line manager / organisation.

These jobs are temporary until no later than 30 June 2027.

Requirements

You must have the ability to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
