Job Description

Based at Carnoustie High School, 7 Shanwell Road, Carnoustie.

This job is workstyle 1 - Fixed

In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.

Working in the school office at Carnoustie High School, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the school office ensuring accurate input of data in the SEEMIS data base.

You will also maintain and update pupil records and process school funds including the operation of the ParentPay system and reconciliation of the DSM and School Fund budget.

You may also manage SMT diaries and process incoming and outgoing mail.

You will work 36.25 hours per week, term time working pattern (205 days).
