Job Description

Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

This job is workstyle 5.

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

You will be required to primarily monitor Housing Maintenance contracts/repairs/void property refurbishments.  You will provide reports, issue works orders and follow works through to completion assuring quality of workmanship and cost and liaising with housing officers/housing team leads and contract administrators throughout the Angus area.
