Job Description
This job is restricted to employees working within the Business and Customer Support team.
Based at Bruce House, Wellgate, Arbroath.
This job is workstyle 5 – Hybrid+.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
An exciting opportunity has become available within the Business and Customer Support Team. This team plays a vital role in ensuring the council delivers high-quality services to our customers in line with current legislation and policy.
The successful applicant will provide valuable support across all council services. This support includes the processing of invoices, ordering goods, payment runs, credit card reconciliations and cash management using systems such as Integra, PECOS, Badger and Northgate.
