Job Description
Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.
This job is workstyle 5 - Hybrid+.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
Angus Council is inviting applications from talented, experienced and enthusiastic candidates to provide CDM Officer duties for the building works programme within our Property Projects and Housing Projects teams.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a full-time permanent CDM Officer to work within Property Assets as part of a team delivering a wide range of building projects for our Property Projects and Housing Projects teams.

It is essential that you have a degree in a construction related subject and hold Associate or Incorporated Membership of the Association for Project Safety or equivalent. Consideration will be given to candidates capable of achieving Incorporated Membership of the Association for Project Safety within 1-year of placement in the post. The qualifications and training are as set out in the career grade structure Job Outline.
