This job is workstyle 1 – Fixed
In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.
Monifieth High School is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Clerical Officer to join our administrative team. This varied role involves providing high-quality clerical and customer service support, including reception and telephone duties, processing confidential information, data entry, maintaining records, handling financial documents, and supporting staff, pupils and visitors. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, a positive approach to customer service, and the ability to work accurately both independently and as part of a team.
