This job is Workstyle 1 – Fixed
In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Clerical Officer to join our administrative team.
Working 20 hours per week, by arrangement, 190 days per year, your duties will include:
- provide general administrative and clerical support to the school office
- handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and paper-based)
- greet and assist parents, students, and visitors at reception
- ensure confidentiality and compliance with school policies and GDPR regulations
This job is temporary for up to 6 months from date of appointment.
Internal and external applications on a secondment basis will be considered. You must have the approval of your line manager / organisation.
