This job is Workstyle 5 – Hybrid+

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

Are you ready to make a real impact in children, families, and justice services?

Angus Council is seeking a dynamic Manager for Quality Improvement and Review to lead a multi-skilled team, drive service transformation, and champion best practice in social work.

In this exciting role, you’ll also have oversight of our Senior Practitioners — ensuring robust scrutiny of professional practice, supporting quality assurance, and leading service-wide improvement activities.

If you’re passionate about inspiring others, delivering innovative solutions, and building strong partnerships to achieve positive outcomes for children and families, this is your chance to shape the future of social work in Angus.

Bring your leadership, creativity, and commitment to continuous improvement — and help us deliver high-quality, children-focused services that make a difference every day.

This job is temporary for up to 9 months from date of appointment.

Please note interviews will be held - to be confirmed.
