The Opportunity

Are you someone who loves being around young children, has loads of energy, and wants a job where every day feels meaningful? This Modern Apprenticeship in Early Years working for 195 days per school year (term-time) could be the perfect way to kick‑start your career.

You’ll join a warm and supportive Early Learning & Childcare team where you’ll help children learn, play, explore, and grow. Each day you are likely to be engaging in fun and creative experiences which support children’s learning and development. It’s hands on, rewarding, and full of moments that genuinely make a difference.

You don’t need loads of experience — what matters most is your enthusiasm, kindness, and willingness to learn. We’re looking for someone who’s caring, curious, and interested to work with children and families. In return, you’ll earn while you learn, gaining real world experience and a nationally recognised qualification that can open doors in early years and beyond.

If you’re ready to build confidence, learn new skills, and be part of a team that supports you every step of the way, this could be the start of your future in childcare and education.

These jobs are in Seaview Primary School, Monifieth, Ladyloan Primary School, Abroath and Forfar Early Learning Centre, Forfar.
