Job Description
Based at Bruce House, Wellgate, Arbroath.
This job is workstyle 1 - Fixed
In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.
You will be required to work across all localities within Angus, with access to bases at Kinloch Care Centre in Carnoustie, Bruce House in Arbroath, County Buildings in Forfar, and Broomfield Resource Centre in Montrose.
You will work 35 hours per week, on a split shift rota following a 4 on / 4 off pattern, which includes weekend working.
As part of our social care team, you will support individuals in their own homes and play an active role in delivering their agreed support plans.
You will provide care for the individual, including personal care tasks, supporting daily living activities, offering feedback, and contributing to ongoing reviews to ensure high quality, person centred care.
