Ready to lead and shape our new Tenancy Sustainment Team?
This is an exciting time to join Angus Council’s Housing Service. Following a comprehensive service review, we have created a new Tenancy Sustainment Team to strengthen the support available to tenants and help them sustain their homes.
This newly created Team Leader role is temporary for two years and offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead a customer-focused, trauma-informed service. You will oversee enhanced housing management support, including the prevention and management of rent arrears and the investigation and resolution of complex antisocial behaviour.
You will work closely with colleagues and partners to coordinate support, improve outcomes and protect tenancies. If you’re a confident and compassionate leader who wants to make a real difference for tenants and communities across Angus, we’d love to hear from you.
This job is temporary for up to 23 months from date of appointment.
Internal and external applications on a secondment basis will be considered. You must have the approval of your line manager / organisation.
Requirements
You must have the ability to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
Please refer to job outline and person specification for further details and requirements for this job.
