Job Description
Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.
This job is workstyle 5 - Flexi.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
As Team Leader you will assist the management of the property assets building related utilities and electrical/mechanical engineering services to the council; to ensure that service delivery objectives are met; to contribute to the achievement of the outcomes set out in the council’s corporate and other plans and also to ensure our customers are at the heart of service design, delivery and scrutiny.
You will lead and manage a group of professional and technical staff to provide a multi-disciplinary approach including design services to deliver the property outcomes, meeting the council requirements.
