Job Description

Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

As Team Leader you will assist the management of property services of the council, to ensure that service delivery objectives are met, to contribute to the achievement of the outcomes set out in the council’s corporate and other plans and also to ensure our customers are at the heart of service design, delivery and scrutiny. This will include providing a professional building services engineering service, management of energy and greenhouse gas reduction and management of utilities.

You will lead and manage a group of professional and technical staff to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to deliver the property outcomes, meeting the council requirements.

Candidates will only be considered who have a BSc/MSc degree in a relevant discipline, and/or full membership of a property/building/engineering related appropriate professional body.
