Job Description

Based at Kinloch Care Centre, Kinloch Street, Carnoustie.

This job is workstyle 1 - Fixed.

In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.

 

Kinloch Care Centre is a residential care centre providing support to 8 permanent residents, 8 short stay respite places and a 7 day daycare service.

We are looking for individuals to create and deliver a stimulating activity and development programme that reflects the interests, preferences, and needs of each resident within the care home.

The role involves planning and organising outings, encouraging and maintaining connections with families and friends, and linking closely with local communities, nurseries, and schools to develop intergenerational projects and community-based activities and events.

You will also be responsible for maintaining full and accurate records of activities, monitoring participation, and evaluating both individual and group outcomes.

You must have the ability to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
