Job Description
Based at Kinloch Care Centre, Carnoustie.
This job is workstyle 1 - Fixed
In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.
You will work 24 hours per week, on a shift pattern, operational over 7 days a week.
We are looking for an enthusiastic worker to create a stimulating activity programme, taking account of the interests and life story work, for each resident within the service.
You will identify and deliver on the needs of the collective group and individuals and tailor the activities to suit. You will be be required to formulate an activity profile for each resident through liaising with the resident, family, friends and care staff. In addition, you will create and maintain links within the community and plan and organise outings while developing and sustaining effective working relationships, encouraging families/friends to participate in care home activities.
