The Social Work Admin Service delivers administrative support to the Justice Social Work team within the Argyll and Bute HSCP. We have a casual Admin Officer vacancy within our Justice admin team, which can be based at any Justice office in Argyll and Bute and mainly worked remotely. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to work alongside the Justice Team.

This position will be to support the compilation and submission of the statutory Annual Statistical Returns to the Scottish Government for Justice Social Work.
This work needs to be delivered to set deadlines and will be from April to October.
This role is ideally suited to someone with good organisational, IT and admin skills. Experience in analysing data is also required.
Candidates for this role require to have:
- A good basic education
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office applications
- Experience of office administration
- An ability to form positive working relationships
- Understanding of confidentiality and data security
- Knowledge of interpreting and analysing statistical data
