We are looking to welcome an experienced executive Personal Assistant with excellent organisational and time management skills to the Customer Support Services team. You will help keep us running smoothly and work with a wide range of people to get things done. This role will bring you insight into services across the Council, and understanding of key support services that councils depend on to function.
This role is available as our current Personal Assistant is moving to a promoted post.

The role is predominantly office-based at the Council Headquarters in Lochgilphead. You will provide a courteous and efficient channel of communication, effective diary management and compilation and control of papers and reports.
