Property Services has three distinct areas of business which are: Property Design, Property Maintenance and Building Services & Climate Change.

The post is within the Property Maintenance Section which covers the whole Argyll and Bute area and will be split between the team members. Property Services are therefore seeking a highly motivated person who has a determination to succeed and deliver first class results with a strong customer focus. The role requires someone who has the ability to balance a diverse workload, prioritise tasks, plan and meet deadlines.

The post holder is required to travel effectively and efficiently throughout Argyll and Bute and beyond to meet the needs of the service.

This is a temporary post- 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
