The post of liveArgyll Duty Officer based in the Riverside Swim and Health Centre, Dunoon has become available.
We are looking for a positive, self-motivated person to provide a high quality, professional service to our customers within the Riverside Swim and Health Centre Dunoon. As Duty Officer the candidate will be the responsible person in charge of the facility while on shift, supervision of other leisure staff, pool side supervision, rota monitoring to ensure facility is always staffed to correct levels, monitoring of pools water quality, accident and incident management, stock control and other reasonable duties.
The successful candidate should hold a current NPLQ or STA Pool Lifeguarding qualification, however training can be provided if required.
Previous experience in a leisure environment would be an advantage, otherwise the successful candidate will receive training in all other aspects of the business.
This is a Permanent post working 35 hours per week on a prearranged rota and includes early shifts, late shifts along with weekend working to suit the Business requirements.
