We're looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Statutory Meeting Administrator to join our team and play a key part in helping our services run smoothly.

Whether you're looking to grow your existing skills or build your CV with valuable experience, this role offers a solid foundation in administration, communication, and customer service within a professional public sector setting.

What you'll be doing

  • Attend Justice Multi-Agency Public Protection Meetings, Prevent and various other statutory held meetings for the purpose of minute taking.
  • Provide general business and admin support to keep daily operations running smoothly
  • Managing and organising information including working with confidential data, documents, and records responsibly
  • Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, word processing and communication tasks
  • Collaborating with internal team and external customers to provide helpful, professional service
  • Helping the team meet important deadlines through strong organisation and attention to detail

This position is subject to Basic Disclosure check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
