Clerical Assistant - Fixed Term until 22/12/2023

Salary: £21,697 - £21,979 per year (pro rata for part-time and sessional)
Hours: 15 weeks per year, 39 weeks sessional
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to join our school office. The role will include working in our school office providing a welcoming first point of contact for pupils, staff and visitors. Duties will include reception, telephone, general clerical, administrative, attendance using the SEEMIS system and practical support for various teams across the school.
The successful candidate will have experience of working as part of a team and be able to demonstrate a commitment and willingness to work flexibly and manage conflicting priorities in order to meet the needs of the service. They will also be competent users of ICT and have knowledge and experience of using databases, spreadsheets and word documents.
Working hours and days can be negotiated.
