Customer Service Supervisor - Front of House

Salary: £22,185 - £24,950 (pro-rata for part time)
Hours: Casual hours

The Assembly Rooms Edinburgh are looking to add to our existing Supervisor team to help deliver exceptional events and performances across our venues.

The role is ultimately there to support our inhouse duty management team who deliver a range of commercial and cultural events from rock and pop concerts, gala dinners, weddings, conferences and festivals.

There will be a significant amount of colleague and customer interaction so it is important that candidates are confident, friendly and can demonstrate a good understanding of customer service excellence and ideally have experience of supervising others in a event/ performance setting.

The role is a mixture of day time, evening and weekend work and will suit anyone who would like a job to work alongside their studies or to gain valuable first-hand experience working with one of Edinburgh's busiest events venues.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
