We have an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities Management team, as an Fabric Support Officer within our Operations team across the Council’s Properties across the city of Edinburgh.
We are looking for people who have a passion for operational excellence and compliance, within a busy team environment and want to be part of an essential council service, driving transformation and best value in the public sector across our Capital City. An experienced Fabric Support Officer, working in our Operations Team, responsible for supporting the Fabric Team within the Facilities Management service, to ensure alignment to overall council strategy and facilitation of systems changes and updates:
• Working within a Facilities Management/Property service.
• Delivering best value and optimum performance from our Term Service Contract partners.
• Experience of policy management, standards and implementing management processes in accordance with best practice.
• A comprehensive knowledge of the procedures and systems used within Facilities Management/Property is required.
• Creating a team culture the drives ownership, accountability, compliance and best value.
• A role model of organisational values and expected behaviours.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
